Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If there are any delays beyond the typical processing time, we will reach out to you promptly via email or phone.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Inside Dhaka:
- Delivery Charge: 50 BDT(for 0.5kg), 70 BDT(for 1kg). Over 1kg 20/- will be added.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days after processing
- Service Provider: We work with trusted local delivery partners to ensure quick and reliable service within Dhaka.
Outside Dhaka:
- Delivery Charge: 110 BDT(for 0.5kg), 120 BDT(for 1kg). Over 1kg 20/- will be added.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days after processing
- Service Provider: For deliveries outside Dhaka, we collaborate with reputable courier services for secure delivery to your location. Please allow additional time for remote areas.
Shipping Restrictions
- Coverage: Currently, Kino BD ships only within Bangladesh. We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time.
- Unavailable Areas: In some cases, delivery may be restricted to certain areas or subject to additional timeframes based on location and accessibility. We will notify you if there are any restrictions affecting your order.
Delays and Unexpected Events
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
